Absolutely. Most clients follow vegetarian or egg-inclusive diets. The plan is built around dal, paneer, soy, eggs and other high-protein Indian options — no forced chicken-and-rice template.

After your onboarding call, you get a custom workout and diet plan. Group classes run live on Zoom Mon–Sat, and 1:1 clients choose their own schedule. Daily progress is shared on WhatsApp, and the plan is reviewed weekly.

No, not necessarily. Minimal-equipment or bodyweight-based plans are available for beginners and home-workout clients. Gym access can speed up progress, but it's not mandatory.

Sessions are scheduled to fit your time zone, and payments are accepted in USD too. Diet plans are adjusted to local grocery availability (like Trader Joe's or Albert Heijn).
